in accordance with Article 13 (1) a) of Act No.18 / 2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on amendments to certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and Article 6 (1) a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") by ticking the box on the website.

Granting your consent is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time in whole or in part by sending an email of withdrawal of consent to or by sending a written notice of withdrawal of consent to INTERVIS, spol. s r.o., Coburgova 2265/84, Trnava.

The purpose of data processing

The personal information you provide, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and IP address, is processed for the purpose of recording and handling of your inquiry, complaint, claim, or any other message that you address to us. The processing of personal data is limited to recording and storage of your data. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, which you can express by ticking the box on the website.

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or to any international organization. The controller shall retain personal data only for the period required by special regulations governing archiving obligations. Personal data that need not be retained according to the above will be stored for the period of maximum 5 years. The provision of personal data is a requirement without which we cannot properly handle your inquiry, complaint, or claim and send you a qualified response. The controller does not make automated decision-making and profiling based on the provided personal data. The recipient of your personal data is only the controller specified above.

The information provided under this right includes:

1. the identity and the contact details of the controller and, where applicable, of the controller’s representative;
2. the purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis for the processing;
3. the categories of personal data
4. the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any;
5. where applicable, the fact that the controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization, or in the case of transfers, reference to the appropriate safeguards;
6. the period of retention of your data;
7. your rights;
8. information on the possibility to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection;
9. the source of the processed personal data;
10. information on the existence and meaningful information about the logic involved in automated decision-making, including profiling.

Right of access by the data subject
You have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information specified in the previous point. Upon special request, you have the right to get a copy of the personal data processed.

Right to Rectification:
If you find out that we are processing outdated or inaccurate personal information, please let us know and we will fix it.

Right to Erasure (‘right to be forgotten’):
Under certain legal circumstances, we are obliged to delete your personal data at your request. However, any such request is subject to an individual assessment, as the controller may also have an obligation or a legitimate interest to retain personal data.

Right to Restriction of processing:
Under certain legal circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of personal data.

Right to Data Portability:
You have the right to transmit the personal data concerning you to another controller when meeting certain legal requirements. We will then provide your personal information in an appropriate format to your designated entity, provided that no legal or other significant technical obstacles prevent us from doing so.

Right to object:
You have the right to object, at any time, to processing of personal data concerning you, or if you do not have the possibility to exercise the right of erasure.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection:
If you have a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

How can you withdraw consent?

Granting your consent is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in whole or in part by sending an email of withdrawal of consent to or by sending a written notice of withdrawal of consent to INTERVIS, spol. s r.o., Coburgova 2265/84, Trnava.
If consent is withdrawn, the processing of consent-based personal data will be terminated without delay. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not prejudice the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.

The controller has created this Privacy Policy to provide sufficient transparency and to clarify the basic rules it respects in protecting the privacy and personal data of data subjects.

This Privacy Policy is effective from May 5th, 2018.
