Laser
The conveyor belt moves a bearing to a designated location on the workstation where it is marked with the laser.
Conveyor belt + metal detector
The metal detector was implemented for the safety of the end customer.
Dispenser
The dispenser fills cardboard boxes with a fixed amount of animal food at two workstations simultaneously.
Bearing control
The device monitors and selects bearings which are then forwarded for marking. Defective bearings are removed from the production line.
